1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HousesSale.in ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • One account per person — creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

3. Property Listings

  • You may only list properties that you own or are legally authorized to sell/rent.
  • All listing information must be accurate, including price, location, photos, and descriptions.
  • Misleading, fraudulent, or duplicate listings are strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines without notice.
  • Free listings remain active for the duration specified in your plan (default: 10 days).

4. Premium Plans & Payments

  • Premium plans are available for an additional fee payable via UPI.
  • Premium features are activated only after payment verification by our team.
  • Payments are non-refundable once the premium listing has been activated.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with prior notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post spam, fake, or misleading content
  • Scrape, copy, or republish content from the Platform
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate Platform systems
  • Use automated tools to access the Platform without permission
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Use the Platform for any illegal activity

6. Disclaimers

HousesSale.in is a platform for connecting buyers and sellers. We do not:

  • Guarantee the accuracy of any listing information
  • Participate in or guarantee any property transaction
  • Verify property ownership or legal status
  • Provide legal, financial, or real estate advice

Users are advised to perform their own due diligence before entering into any property transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HousesSale.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to property disputes, financial losses, or fraudulent listings.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your listings will be removed and any unused premium plan benefits will be forfeited.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
